The information you send us through the quote form, the call-back request, WhatsApp or e-mail (identity, contact details, postal address, dates and details of the stay) is used only to answer your request and then to draw up the quote, the rental contract and the invoice. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, the performance of the contract and our accounting obligations.
It is kept for three years after the last contact, ten years for accounting records, then deleted. It is neither sold nor passed on. Only our technical providers have access to it, as far as their service requires: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (receipt of requests sent through the site, call-back calendar and, with your consent, Google Analytics audience measurement), OVHcloud (e-mail), Pennylane (quotes and invoicing) and, if you choose that channel, WhatsApp (Meta). Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which you can exercise by writing to . You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Only with your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure its traffic and the performance of our Google ads: pages viewed, where visits come from, requests sent. This sets cookies (_ga, _ga_…) kept for thirteen months at most; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses and the data is kept for fourteen months at most. It is used only to improve the site and our ads; no personalised advertising is enabled. Until you accept, nothing is loaded or set, and nothing is if you decline. Fonts, photos, video and maps (drawn from OpenStreetMap data) are served by the site itself, without calling any third-party service.
