The villa
600 m² of house and orangery, more than a hectare of enclosed park, the sea below and the forest behind.

Between land and sea
Perched above Villerville, the villa looks out to sea from its terraces and suites. The enclosed, wooded park of more than a hectare slopes down towards the village and its beach, a ten-minute walk away.
Inside, the house has been entirely rethought around light: a large living room with fireplace and bookshelves, a dining room for fourteen, a fully equipped kitchen, and the orangery where you swim all year round. Six suites are spread over three levels, each with its own bathroom: one on the ground floor, four upstairs and the largest on the garden level.

First floor — Four suites, each with its own shower room, around a games room that doubles as a study, and a snug.
Garden level — Suite 6, the largest, with its bathroom and terrace, and the wellness area: gym, sauna, showers and massage room, with direct access to the pool.
