The villa is rented whole, for up to 14 guests, with no per-person supplement. The rates below are indicative: your tailored proposal, sent within 24 hours, is the reference.

2026–2027 rates, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax. During school holidays and summer, check-in is on Saturday and stays run by the week. The calendar on the quote page only offers possible dates and shows the price of your stay.

Terms of stay
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out possible depending on the calendar, on request.
- Booking
- A 30% deposit confirms your dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Payment by bank transfer or card.
- Cancellation
- Full refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% between 60 and 30 days, non-refundable thereafter. We recommend travel insurance.
- Security deposit
- Card pre-authorisation of €4,000, released after the check-out inspection.
- Guests
- 14 people at most, babies included. Non-smoking villa. No pets. Parties and events only by prior agreement.
- Tourist tax
- Collected for the municipality of Villerville, added to the proposal according to the number of adults and nights.
Frequently asked questions
Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes. The whole house has reversible air conditioning, which heats in winter and cools in summer, and each suite sets its own temperature. The ground floor also has underfloor heating, and the main living room a fireplace. All included in the price.
Is the pool really heated all year round?
Yes. The pool sits in a closed, heated orangery; the water is kept at 30 °C and the air at 25 °C and 45% humidity, in winter as in summer. A submerged cover secures it.
How far is the villa from Paris?
About 1 h 50 by car on the A13 motorway, without going through Deauville town centre. By train, Paris Saint-Lazare to Trouville-Deauville takes around two hours, then a 15-minute transfer the concierge can arrange. From Paris CDG airport, allow 2 h 30 by car.
Can we rent the villa for two nights?
In low season, yes. In mid season the minimum stay is three nights, and one week in July, August and over the festive period.
How does check-in work?
Your choice: a welcome by the concierge, or self check-in with the smart lock whose code is sent to you the day before. Either way, the concierge remains reachable throughout the stay.
Are children welcome?
The villa is made for them: playroom, swings and a cabin in the park, safety gates, secured pool, extra beds, cot and high chair on request, babysitter available.
Is there a per-person supplement?
No. The rate covers the whole villa for up to 14 guests. Only optional services (breakfast, chef, massages, transfers) are added, at your request.
